I have been reading and doing a study through the book The Excellent Wife by Martha Peace, and I HIGHLY recommend it for any wife who desires to grow as a Proverbs 31 woman in her love and respect for, submission to, and oneness with her husband. I am only on page 37, yet I can already heartily recommend and attest to the effectiveness of this book. It is drenched with Scripture, and Martha doesn’t shy away from challenging you in specific, practical ways to repent of your sin and play an active role in your own sanctification (as well as your husband’s). This book is definitely worth a committed, consistent, careful read!
